ABOUT OUR THEATRE

• Approximately 1700 sq ft; - 50ft ceiling;

• Two stages (Main Stage and Second Stage) that could be used either simultaneously, or for additional seating, like a balcony

• Perfect for plays, screenings, panels, talkbacks, workshops, recitals, stand-up, bands, filming, and any creative content; - Easy access to load in and load out

• Modular and flexible seating to suit your needs (20 - 80 seats), and fully accessible for individuals with mobility needs

• Lobby + Outdoor lounging area; - Basic equipment included (speakers, theatre lights, screen, and projector);

• Free parking.

WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE

• Access to the kitchen and bar if you want to serve food and drinks during intermission or during your event

• Any additional equipment and an in-house technician (inquire for more details)

• Early and after-hours access to the building from 10 pm to 9 am
