LEARNING OUTCOMES
The Character Key is designed as an approach and study in Character Development and preferences that applies both to the educator‘s personal and professional life.
Performing Arts, Business Management, and Education all involve working with and interacting with people.
Educators will master the foundations of the Four Basic Character Types and how they come alive through behavior, body language, decision making processes and clarity of action.
What, How, Who and Why... Tuning in specifically into each personality type and adjusting with the appropriate response.
°Understanding the 4 tactics that a person will use when their personality type is not honored & how to resolve it.
